Store in a cool dry place. Once mixed cover with cling film and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
1) Sift 500g of royal icing mix into a bowl and add 75ml of cooled, boiled water.
2) Beat at a low speed for 5 minutes in an electric mixer until it forms soft peaks.
EXTRA TIP: When coating a cake, add 1tsp of glycerine per
500g of icing for a softer royal icing that is easier to eat.
